After 35 years of service to the Alberta Credit Union system and 48 years in the financial services industry we are saying a heartfelt thank you to Dave Munro. He has decided to retire after guiding and leading River City Credit Union for 24 years of his career. Dave has been a true leader, directing our closed bond credit union through mergers, fluctuating economic times and ensuring that members always comes first. Dave deeply believes in the credit union system and all it has to offer.
With his new found time, Dave will be enjoying his time traveling to Hawaii and England with his wife Barb, and of course spending as much time on the golf course as possible. He is even hoping to plan a trip to St. Andrew’s golf course in Scotland, which is the birthplace of golf!
